Annotatsiya. Mazkur tezisda XIX asr Britaniya harbiy-diplomatik va sayohat manbalarida Xorazm (Xiva) xonligining geosiyosiy ahamiyati hamda etnografik qiyofasi yoritilgan. James Abbott, Alexander Burnes va Richmond Shakespear asarlari tahlili misolida G‘arb tarixshunosligidagi ob’ektiv ma’lumotlar va evrotsentrik qarashlar qiyosiy o‘rganilgan.
Abstract. This thesis examines the geopolitical significance and ethnographic depiction of the Khorezm (Khiva) Khanate in 19th-century British military-diplomatic and travel sources. Through the analysis of works by James Abbott, Alexander Burnes, and Richmond Shakespear, the paper balances Western historiographical observations against Eurocentric concepts.
