USING REAL-LIFE SITUATIONS TO TEACH ENGLISH COMMUNICATION

This article highlights the importance of using real-life situations in teaching English communication. In modern language education, the main goal of teaching English is to develop learners’ ability to communicate effectively in real-life situations. In today’s globalized world, English plays an important role as a means of international communication and requires learners to be able to use it in everyday, academic, and professional contexts. The article analyzes the role of everyday conversations, role plays, and task-based activities in developing communicative competence, and also examines the advantages of this approach as well as some of its challenges.
