Abstract

This study examines the crucial role of context in understanding discourse. It explores how linguistic, situational, and cultural contexts influence the interpretation of meaning in communication. The research highlights the interaction between speaker intention, listener perception, and contextual cues, demonstrating that comprehension is not solely dependent on linguistic structures but also on the surrounding environment and shared knowledge.
