Abstract

Mazkur maqolada kungaboqar (Helianthus annuus L.) o‘simligining qurg‘oqchilik stressiga moslashuv mexanizmlarini baholashda qo‘llaniladigan fiziologik va biokimyoviy tahlil usullari yoritilgan. O‘simliklarda qurg‘oqchilik, ta’sirida yuzaga keladigan oksidlovchi stress holatini aniqlashda ulardagi katalaza (CAT), peroksidaza (POD), malondialdegid (MDA) miqdori, xlorofill pigmentlari va nisbiy suv miqdori (RWC) va ulardagi lenol va olein kislotalarning shakllanishi jarayonidagi muhim ko‘rsatkichlar hisoblanadi. Tadqiqotlarda ushbu parametrlarni aniqlash metodikalarining afzalliklari hamda ularning o‘simliklarning stressga chidamliligini baholashdagi muhim ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi.

This article discusses physiological and biochemical approaches used to evaluate drought stress tolerance in Helianthus annuus L. Drought-induced oxidative stress in plants can be assessed through catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), malondialdehyde (MDA), chlorophyll content and relative water content (RWC). The significance of these indicators and the methodologies used for their determination are analyzed. These parameters are widely used for identifying stress tolerance mechanisms and evaluating adaptive responses in plants.
