This article examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of implementing green economy principles in railway infrastructure, focusing on the formation of a sustainable development strategy through the integration of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental–Social–Governance (ESG) indicators, and the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). The study scientifically substantiates that the alignment of these components plays a crucial role in transforming the railway sector by reducing environmental impacts, enhancing energy efficiency, ensuring transparency in governance processes, and achieving financial stability.
