Mazkur maqolada maktabgacha ta'lim tashkiloti rahbarining kasbiy vazifalari hamda ularning tarkibiy elementlari xorijiy tajriba asosida tahlil qilinadi. Ayniqsa Janubiy Koreya maktabgacha ta'lim tizimida rahbarlarning pedagogik liderlik, strategik boshqaruv, inson resurslarini rivojlantirish va sifat monitoringi bo'yicha faoliyati o'rganiladi hamda O'zbekiston amaliyoti bilan qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijasida rahbar kasbiy vazifalarining integrallashgan modeli taklif etiladi.
This article examines the professional responsibilities and structural components of preschool education institution leaders based on international experience. Particular attention is given to the South Korean preschool education system, analyzing leadership practices in pedagogical leadership, strategic management, human resource development, and quality assurance. A comparative analysis is conducted between the experiences of South Korea and Uzbekistan. Based on the research findings, an integrated model of the professional responsibilities of preschool education institution leaders is proposed, aimed at enhancing leadership effectiveness and improving the quality of preschool education management.
