Annotatsiya: Mazkur maqolada Mirishkor tumani Mirishkor hududi va uning atrofidagi hududlarda 1940–1970-yillarda sog‘liqni saqlash tizimining shakllanishi va rivojlanishi tarixiy manbalar asosida tahlil etiladi. Urush yillarida uch qishloq aholisiga xizmat ko‘rsatgan yagona tibbiy punktning faoliyati, tibbiyot xodimlari yetishmovchiligi, aholiga tibbiy xizmat ko‘rsatishdagi muammolar hamda urushdan keyingi davrda qishloq shifoxonasini tashkil etish jarayonlari yoritilgan. 1950-yillarda Jeynovda shifoxona tashkil etilishi, uning moddiy-texnik bazasi, tibbiy xodimlar bilan ta’minlanishi va aholi salomatligini muhofaza qilishdagi kamchiliklar tahlil qilinadi.
Аннотация: В статье на основе исторических источников рассматриваются становление и развитие системы здравоохранения в кишлаке Джейнов Миришкорского района и прилегающих территориях в 1940–1970-е годы. Освещается деятельность единственного медицинского пункта, обслуживавшего население трех кишлаков в годы Великой Отечественной войны, а также анализируются проблемы, связанные с нехваткой медицинских работников и недостаточным уровнем медицинского обслуживания населения. Особое внимание уделяется процессу создания участковой больницы в Джейнове в послевоенные годы, ее материально-техническому обеспечению, кадровому составу и организации медицинской помощи населению.
Annotation: Based on historical sources, this article examines the formation and development of the healthcare system in the village of Jeynov, Mirishkor District, and the surrounding areas during the 1940s–1970s. The study highlights the activities of the only medical facility that provided healthcare services to the population of three villages during the years of the Great Patriotic War, as well as the problems caused by the shortage of medical personnel and the insufficient level of medical care. Particular attention is paid to the establishment of a district hospital in Jeynov in the post-war period, its material and technical facilities, staffing, and the organization of medical services for the local population.
