Abstract

 This thesis explores the key research topics of linguistic
cultural studies (linguoculturology), focusing on the interrelation between 
language and culture. It examines such central concepts as cultural concepts 
(concept), linguaculturesmes, ethnolinguistic competence, and cultural 
specificity in translation. The paper also highlights the role of language in 
reflecting national character, values, and worldview. By analyzing discourse 
and everyday communication patterns across languages, the study 
demonstrates how linguoculturology contributes to intercultural understanding, 
effective communication, and preservation of cultural identity in a globalized 
world.
