THE APPLICATION OF MODERN TEACHING METHODS IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING AND THEIR PEDAGOGICAL EFFECTIVENESS.

Abstract

The article examines the application of modern teaching methods in English language education and their pedagogical effectiveness. Particular attention is paid to communicative language teaching, task-based learning, project-based learning, collaborative learning, and digital technologies as innovative approaches to language instruction. The study highlights that modern teaching methods promote learner-centered education, enhance communicative competence, critical thinking, creativity, and learner autonomy. The findings indicate that the integration of innovative methodologies significantly improves students’ motivation, language proficiency, and overall academic achievement in English language education.
