Abstract

This article analyzes the dynamics of poultry product production and export indicators in Uzbekistan. The study examines recent trends in poultry meat and egg production, export volumes, and the role of the poultry industry in ensuring food security and increasing export potential. Particular attention is given to the impact of government support measures, modernization processes, investment activity, and the introduction of innovative technologies in the sector. The article also highlights existing challenges related to competitiveness, quality standards, logistics, and export market diversification, while proposing directions for the sustainable development of the poultry industry in Uzbekistan
