THE ROLE OF PROJECT-BASED LEARNING IN DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ RESEARCH COMPETENCIES IN PHYSICS

The article examines project-based learning as a modern pedagogical technology that contributes to the development of students’ research competencies in the process of studying physics. The theoretical foundations of the project method, its advantages and limitations, as well as practical examples of implementation in school and university practice are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the formation of 21st‑century skills: independence, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration.
