Abstract

This article discusses the importance of speech etiquette in the formation of students’ communicative culture. Speech etiquette is considered one of the essential components of effective communication and interpersonal interaction in the educational environment. The study analyzes the influence of polite communication on students’ moral development, emotional intelligence, and communicative competence. Special attention is given to the role of teachers and educational institutions in promoting respectful speech behavior. The article also examines modern challenges affecting students’ communication culture, including the influence of digital technologies and social media. It is concluded that speech etiquette contributes significantly to the development of socially active, respectful, and communicatively competent individuals.
