MUSTAFA BAFOYEV'S WORK AND THE UNIQUE FEATURES OF CHORAL WRITING

Abstract

This topic covers the life and creative work of Mustafa Bafoyev, an art worker, composer, conductor, and teacher of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It provides information about the composer's childhood, places of study, teachers, and the process of his formation in the art. The composer's prolific work in the symphonic, vocal-symphonic, cantata-oratorio, opera, and choral genres is also analyzed. In particular, his contribution to the development of choral art and the artistic features of his major works, such as "Bukhoronoma", "Frescoes", "Maqom Sadolari", "Hajnoma", and "Zardushtiylar marosimi", are revealed.
