В статье рассматривается феномен сложносокращённых слов (аббревиатур и композитов) как динамично развивающийся пласт лексики в русском и узбекском языках. Анализируются новые языковые единицы, которые отражают трансформацию социальной, экономической и культурной реальности двух народов, формируя их современную языковую картину мира. На основе сопоставительного анализа выявляются общие тенденции (экономия речевых усилий, глобализация) и национально-специфические особенности функционирования аббревиатур.
The article examines the phenomenon of abbreviated compound words (abbreviations and composites) as a dynamically developing layer of vocabulary in the Russian and Uzbek languages. The study analyzes new lexical units that reflect the transformation of the social, economic, and cultural realities of the two peoples, thereby shaping their contemporary linguistic worldview. Based on a comparative analysis, the research identifies both common trends, such as the economy of linguistic effort and the influence of globalization, and nationally specific features of the functioning of abbreviations.
