Abstract

Artificial intelligence and digital transformation are reshaping higher education systems and redefining the future of workforce development across industries, including tourism. In this context, the development of an AI-driven tourism education ecosystem has become a strategic priority for ensuring innovation, employability, and sustainable economic growth. This study explores the current state and policy implications of building an AI-driven tourism education ecosystem in Central Asia, with a focus on Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
