The study focuses on the factors that shape employee adaptability, including communication, leadership support, organizational culture, employee involvement, motivation, and opportunities for professional development. Particular attention is given to the role of managers in reducing uncertainty and helping employees understand the purpose and expected outcomes of organizational changes. The article also considers the psychological and social challenges employees may experience during periods of transformation.
