Annotatsiya. Maqolada Chirchiq daryosining Toshkent shahri Bektemir tumani Olmos mahallasi hududidan oʻtuvchi qismida joylashgan suv fondi yerlarini uchuvchisiz uchish apparati va geoaxborot texnologiyalari yordamida kuzatish metodikasi bayon etilgan. Dala bosqichida Brouav VTOL-4 samolyot-droni uchun avtomatik marshrut tuzilib, 199 m nisbiy balandlik va 22,6 m/s tezlikda parvoz bajarildi. GNSS Fixed holatida 36 ta sunʼiy yoʻldosh signali qayd etildi, parvoz boshidagi akkumulyator koʻrsatkichi 99 foizni tashkil qildi va 778 ta aerofototasvir olindi. Kameral bosqichda maʼlumotlar QGIS muhitida WGS84 asosida tartibga keltirildi, GeoTIFF rasterlari tekshirildi, Merge va Warp (Reproject) vositalari qoʻllanildi. Ortofoto asosida daryo oʻzani, qirgʻoq chizigʻi va suv bilan bogʻliq obyektlarni vektorlashtirish uchun axborot bazasi tayyorlandi. Taklif etilgan yondashuv suv fondi yerlarining joriy holatini hujjatlashtirish hamda keyingi kuzatuvlar uchun taqqoslanadigan boshlangʻich geofazoviy kesim yaratishga xizmat qiladi.

V statye izlojena metodika monitoringa zemel vodnogo fonda na uchastke reki Chirchik v predelax maxalli Olmos Bektemirskogo rayona goroda Tashkenta s primeneniyem bespilotnogo letatelnogo apparata i geoinformatsionnыx texnologiy. Dlya samolyota-drona Brouav VTOL-4 bыl sformirovan avtomaticheskiy marshrut; polyot vыpolnen na otnositelnoy vыsote 199 m so skorostyu 22,6 m/s. V rejime GNSS Fixed zaregistrirovanы signalы 36 sputnikov, zaryad akkumulyatora v nachale polyota sostavlyal 99 protsentov, polucheno 778 aerofotosnimkov. Kameralnaya obrabotka vыpolnena v QGIS s ispolzovaniyem WGS84: proverenы rastrы GeoTIFF, primenenы instrumentы Merge i Warp (Reproject). Na osnove ortoizobrajeniya podgotovlena informatsionnaya osnova dlya vektorizatsii rusla, beregovoy linii i svyazannыx s vodoy obyektov. Metodika obespechivayet dokumentirovaniye tekuщego prostranstvennogo sostoyaniya zemel i formirovaniye sopostavimogo bazovogo nabora dannыx dlya povtornogo monitoringa.
Abstract. The paper presents a workflow for monitoring water fund lands along the Chirchiq River within Olmos Mahalla, Bektemir District, Tashkent, using an unmanned aerial vehicle and geoinformation technologies. An automated mission was prepared for the Brouav VTOL-4 fixed-wing VTOL platform. The flight was performed at a relative altitude of 199 m and a speed of 22.6 m/s. GNSS Fixed status was maintained with signals from 36 satellites; the initial battery level was 99 percent, and 778 aerial images were collected. During office processing, the dataset was organized in QGIS in a WGS84-based workflow; GeoTIFF rasters were checked and the Merge and Warp (Reproject) tools were applied. The orthorectified imagery provided a spatial basis for vectorizing the river channel, shoreline, and water-related features. The workflow supports documentation of the present condition of water fund lands and establishes a comparable baseline for future repeat surveys.
