Abstract

Abstract. This article examines the history of financial and monetary policy in the Bukharan People's Soviet Republic (BPSR) during 1917–1924. The study analyzes the formation of the taxation system, state budget policy, monetary circulation, and financial reforms implemented during the transition period from the traditional political system to Soviet administration.
