Abstract

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada tijorat banklarini tashkil etishning huquqiy va iqtisodiy asoslari to’g’risida so’z boradi. Huquqiy jihatdan amaldagi qonunlar va litsenziyalash tartibi, iqtisodiy tomondan esa ustav kapitali,moliyaviy barqarorlik hamda banklarning iqtisodiyotdagi o’rni yoritilgan.

Abstract: This article discusses the legal and economic foundations of the organization of commercial banks. From a legal perspective, the current laws and licensing procedures are covered, and from an economic perspective, the authorized capital, financial stability and the role of banks in the economy are covered.
