This article analyzes the types of chemical additives used in food products, their importance in the food industry, and their effects on human health from a scientific and methodological perspective. The study highlights the role of preservatives, colorants, stabilizers, and flavor enhancers in improving product quality. Furthermore, the article discusses the possible negative consequences of excessive consumption of chemical additives. The importance of consumer awareness and food composition control in ensuring food safety is also emphasized.
Mazkur maqolada oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari tarkibida qo‘llaniladigan kimyoviy qo‘shimchalarning turlari, ularning oziq-ovqat sanoatidagi ahamiyati hamda inson salomatligiga ta’siri ilmiy-metodik jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda konservantlar, bo‘yoqlar, stabilizatorlar va ta’m kuchaytirgichlarning mahsulot sifatini oshirishdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, kimyoviy qo‘shimchalarning me’yoridan ortiq iste’mol qilinishi natijasida yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan salbiy oqibatlar ham asoslab berilgan. Maqolada oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlashda iste’molchilar madaniyati va mahsulot tarkibini nazorat qilishning muhimligi ta’kidlangan.
