Nowadays, Translanguaging has become a popular practice in modern education, especially with multilingual learners. This article explores EFL learners' perceptions of translanguaging and its influence on comprehension, confidence, and classroom interaction. Many English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners experience difficulties when instruction is conducted entirely in English. Translanguaging practices enable students to use their first language to support understanding and communication strategically. The article discusses the benefits and challenges of translanguaging from the learners' perspective and gives some recommendations at the end.
