ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND ITS INFLUENCE ON EDUCATIONAL QUALITY IN UNIVERSITIES

Abstract: Organizational culture is increasingly recognized as a critical factor influencing the quality of education in universities. Shared values, norms, beliefs, and institutional practices shape academic behavior, teaching effectiveness, and institutional performance. This paper examines the role of organizational culture in enhancing educational quality in higher education institutions. Drawing on established theoretical frameworks and empirical studies, the article analyzes how different cultural dimensions—such as leadership practices, collaboration, academic autonomy, and innovation—affect teaching quality and academic engagement. The study adopts a conceptual-analytical approach supported by empirical findings from prior research. The paper concludes that a supportive and development-oriented organizational culture is essential for sustainable improvement in educational quality and institutional effectiveness.
