TO‘QIMACHILIK XOMASHYOSIGA ISHLOV BERISH JARAYONLARINI OPTIMALLASHTIRISH

Ushbu tezisda to‘qimachilik xomashyosiga, xususan, paxta xomashyosiga dastlabki ishlov berish jarayonlarini optimallashtirish masalalari yoritilgan. Xomashyoning namligi, ifloslanganlik darajasi, quritish harorati, ishchi organlarning aylanish tezligi va xomashyoning mashinaga berilish miqdorining texnologik jarayon samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Texnologik parametrlarni optimal tanlash orqali tola sifatini saqlash, ishlab chiqarish unumdorligini oshirish, energiya sarfi va xomashyo yo‘qotilishini kamaytirish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari to‘qimachilik korxonalarida xomashyoga ishlov berish jarayonlarini takomillashtirish va samaradorligini oshirish uchun ilmiy-amaliy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
