Annotatsiya: Mazkur ilmiy tezisda yosh sportchilar mashg‘ulotlari jarayonida psixologik rezonansni shakllantirish va rivojlantirishning psixologik-pedagogik mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Sport psixologiyasida “psixologik rezonans” mustaqil standartlashtirilgan diagnostik konstrukt sifatida yetarli darajada shakllanmaganligi sababli, tadqiqotda mazkur tushuncha sportchi, murabbiy va jamoa a’zolari o‘rtasidagi emotsional, motivatsion, kognitiv va xulq-atvoriy uyg‘unlashuvning integrativ holati sifatida talqin etildi. Psixologik rezonansning asosiy tarkibiy qismlari sifatida emotsional sinxronlashuv, o‘zaro ishonch, psixologik xavfsizlik, maqsadlar uyg‘unligi, kommunikativ muvofiqlik, jamoaviy koheziya hamda mashg‘ulotga psixologik jalb etilganlik ajratib ko‘rsatildi. Zamonaviy xalqaro tadqiqotlar tahlili murabbiy–sportchi munosabatlarining sifati, qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi motivatsion muhit va jamoaviy munosabatlar yosh sportchilarning motivatsiyasi, mashg‘ulotga jalb etilishi va psixologik barqarorligi bilan uzviy bog‘liqligini ko‘rsatadi. Tezisda yosh sportchilar bilan ishlash uchun sakkiz haftalik psixologik rezonansni rivojlantirish modeli, uning bosqichlari, mashqlari hamda baholash indikatorlari taklif etilgan.
