Alopecia is a chronic dermatological condition that significantly affects patients’ psychological well-being and social functioning. Beyond its clinical manifestations, hair loss is often associated with internalized stigma, heightened perceived stress, and reduced quality of life. The present study aims to develop and empirically test a structural model examining the relationships between internalized stigma, perceived stress, and quality of life in patients with alopecia.
