Abstract

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada karamdoshlar (Brassicaceae) oilasiga mansub o‘simliklar, xususan raps tarkibidagi glyukozinolatlarning biokimyoviy xususiyatlari va mirozinaza fermenti ta’sirida parchalanishi ilmiy tahlil qilingan. Metabolitlarning o‘simlik immun tizimidagi («xantal bombasi») o‘rni, inson va hayvonlar organizmiga ijobiy (antioksidant, onkoprotektiv) hamda salbiy (goitrogen, qalqonsimon bezga toksik) ta’siri baholangan. Shuningdek, raps shroti va oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlashda "00" (double-low / kanola) navlarining seleksion va biotexnologik ahamiyati ko‘rsatib berilgan.
