Abstract: This thesis investigates the theoretical and practical aspects of the rational utilization of household land plots in ensuring employment and increasing household incomes in rural areas. The research analyzes the normative-legal documents adopted for the development of household plots in Uzbekistan, alongside national statistical indicators. The impact of intensive cultivation, water-saving technology implementation, and agricultural cooperation systems on income growth is empirically substantiated through a structured table, accompanied by relevant scientific and practical recommendations.
