Abstract

Helminthiasis represents one of the most common groups of parasitic diseases in humans, characterised by a wide variety of clinical manifestations and a high prevalence across various age groups. In this context, the improvement of laboratory diagnostic methods aimed at the timely detection of the pathogen, assessment of the extent of the infection and monitoring the effectiveness of the treatment.
